Before you give us a call we will need to know the following:-

  • Date of the event – To check Availability
  • Address of the Event – to check delivery cost
  • Layout you require
  • Number of people you are serving to – So we can gauge if this side would be suitable.
  • What is going to be on the conveyor?


We can supply engineers to set up and take down the conveyors if you wish.

The cost is based on the layout you require, location and time of the event.


We use a trusted local courier company that help to drop off and collect all of our Sushi hires.

They help to load and unload the items to and from the venue.

All of the conveyor sections come in red bags with handles and wheels to make it easy to transport.

We do ask if there is storage facility at the venue to keep the red bags whilst the event is taking place.

Please note there is an extra charge for Saturday and Sunday delivery and collection.

We do advise drop off on a Friday and collection on a Monday.


We are happy for you to collect from us is you wish. We understand budgets can be tight.

Set Up

It will take the engineer between 30- 90 minutes to set up your conveyor depending on the layout.

All you need is a single phase standard UK plug socket and away you go!
